1. The oil volume in the oil tank of the Rexroth radial piston pump has not exceeded the oil mark line and should be filled up.
2. For radial piston pumps with valve-type oil distribution, the suction and discharge check valves may be faulty. As long as there is a steel ball or cone valve core missing, it will not be able to absorb oil; when the contact between the steel ball and the valve seat is sticky with dirt or worn with deep pits, it may not be able to absorb oil or fully absorb oil resulting in insufficient output flow. At this time, the Rexroth radial piston pump should be dismantled and repaired. If any parts are missing, they should be replaced; the steel balls with serious wear should be replaced. Grind the tapered surface of the spool.
3. The spool of the variable control valve of the Rexroth radial piston pump is stuck. If it is stuck and does not move, all operating parts should be removed and cleaned.
